Psychological safety and change management
This micro-course introduces you to the concept of psychological safety. A psychologically safe working community increases work well-being and work productivity. The company/organization's management and supervisors play a key role in creating and maintaining psychological safety. However, it is not a matter for the management alone, but each of us affects the workplace atmosphere with our own behavior, attitude and actions.
