The benefits of change management
This micro-course discusses how people (employees) react to change and how they can be psychologically supported in change. The course introduces e.g. Kübler-Ross's change curve, the permanence of change and the impact of company/organizational culture on change processes and employees' attitudes towards change are examined.

Participants' names and email addresses are stored in accordance with Laurea's privacy statement, and the information is only used to monitor the number of participants in the Companies' green transition, digitalization and changeability (REACT South Finland) project. The information is not used or disclosed for any other purpose.
